| Here's a pic of me in 1988 playing my bass at the time, a
1950's Epiphone B4 with Underwood pickups. I had toured extensively with the
Razorbacks out of Toronto. Over the years I've had close to10 or 12 different
basses with numerous setups. Currently I'm using a hybrid Epiphone B4 body,the
one in the photo,with a 1960's Kay M1 neck. The body was reinfoced with a wood
strut system in the lower body and upper shoulders to allow for standing on it
and various other tricks. This was done by George Heinl & Co.in Toronto.
Nowadays I'm playing bluegrass and don't do any bass tricks.
